Our fund follows a holistic value-add strategy. Target assets must have excellent value-add opportunities from redevelopment to re-design and repositioning and should also have significant operational value-add potential. We develop individualized strategies for each asset beyond the traditional ‘physical’ value-add investment approaches.
Vivid Invest implements new use cases in cooperation with experienced operators. We enhance under-performing assets, and developed a proprietary health, well-being and sustainability-focused design concept called the Vivid Healthy Blueprint.
Fund Strategy
The Fund is open-ended and allows investors to invest or redeem their investments on a flexible basis. The Funds’ NAV is assessed quarterly and provides regular performance reports.
Over the course of ten years, Vivid Invest has consistently delivered extraordinary returns to its investors across the entire spectrum of real estate assets from residential to commercial and industrial. The companies’ past Funds achieved an average investor return (IRR) of 14.6%.
